General Conditions
- Rates in U.S. Dollars per room per night, valid only for the specified dates.
- Rates are subject to 18% IGV tax and 10% service charge. Non-resident guests who present their passport and valid Andean Migration Card are exempt from IGV (only if the invoice is issued in the guest’s name).
- All hotel rooms are non-smoking; guests will be charged a penalty as applicable for smoking in the room during their stay.
- Rates are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Wireless Internet Service.
- Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. The hotel does not guarantee that rooms will be available before the stated arrival time; likewise, guests must vacate the room at the stated departure time unless prior arrangements are made with the hotel reception. All early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.
- The above group rates apply three (3) days before and three (3) days after the group’s arrival and departure. Reservations must be requested from the hotel and will be subject to availability.
Accommodation Reduction & Cancellation Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or prepayment.
- If the guest cancels the reservation or reduces the number of nights, the hotel will apply a penalty of 100% of the total canceled room nights.
- No Show: If a guest does not arrive on the confirmed date, the hotel will apply a penalty for all reserved room nights.
- Early Departure: If a guest checks out before the date indicated in the reservation, the total number of reserved nights will be charged.
- 100% of the total accommodation and any additional charges will be assumed by each guest unless otherwise indicated.
