PARTICIPANTS – GUEST ROOMS REDUCTIONS
- Todas las reservas deberán ser garantizadas con tarjeta de crédito o prepago. / All reservations must be guaranteed.
- Si el pasajero cancela su reserva o reduce noches de ésta hasta el 21 de setiembre de 2026 el hotel no aplicará penalidad. / If passenger cancels their reservation or reduce room nights until September 21st, 2026, the hotel will not apply a penalty.
- Si el pasajero cancela su reserva o reduce el número de noches de la misma a partir del 22 de setiembre de 2026, el hotel aplicará una penalidad del 100% del total de cuartos noche cancelado. / If passenger cancels their reservation or reduce room nights from September 22th, 2026, Hotel shall apply a penalty equal to 100% of the total room block cost.
- No Show, en caso que algún pasajero no se presente en la fecha confirmada por el pasajero, el hotel aplicará una penalidad de todos los cuartos noche reservados. / No Show, Hotel shall apply a penalty equal to the quoted guest room rate for any and all rooms cancelled on account of a no show on the reserved check-in date.
- Salida Adelantada, en caso que algún pasajero realice su salida antes de la fecha indicada en su reserva, se cobrará por el total de las noches reservadas. / Early Departure, in case a passenger has an early departure before established date on confirmation, the hotel will charge the total amount of reserved room nights.
- El 100% del total de alojamiento y consumos extras será asumido por cada pasajero. / 100% of accommodation and extra consumption shall be billed to each passenger.
- Tarifas válidas hasta el 6 de setiembre de 2026. / Rates valid until September 6th, 2026.
