GENERAL CONDITIONS

Rates are in US Dollars per room per night and only apply to cited dates.

• Reservations must be requested via the landing page that the hotel will create so that ESOMAR can place it on the event page.
• Rates do not include sales tax and service charges, currently 18% and 10% respectively. Sales tax will not apply to non-resident PAX as long as they show their passports at check in and the invoice is issued to the guest.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Guest will be charged a penalty for smoking in room during the stay.

Each room will be checked before check out.

• Subject to availability and confirmation. Hotel is not making any room block.
• Breakfast included at the main restaurant Market 770.
• WIFI Internet Service included.
• Check-in starts at 3:00 P.M. Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Hotel does not guarantee rooms shall be available before check-in time, and guests shall leave rooms at the check-out time unless otherwise arranged with the hotel´s reception desk. Every early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.

• Early check in

1. From 11:00 A.M will be considered an extra charge of 50% of room rate, subject to availability.

2. For arrivals prior to 11:00 A.M will be considered an additional room night, subject to availability.

• Late check out

1. For check outs until 05.00 P.M. the hotel will considered an extra charge of 50% of room rate, subject to availability.

2. For check outs after 05.00 P.M. the hotel will considered an additional room night, subject to availability.

• Rates apply to cited dates. Group rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) after the arrival and departure. Reservations must be requested at the hotel and are subject to availability.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
• If passenger cancels their reservation or reduce room nights until March 15th, 2024, the hotel will not apply a penalty.
• If passenger cancels their reservation or reduce room nights from March 16th, 2024, Hotel shall apply a penalty equal to 100% of the total room block cost.
• No Show, Hotel shall apply a penalty equal to the quoted guest room rate for any and all rooms cancelled on account of a no show on the reserved check-in date.
• Early Departure, in case a passenger has an early departure before established date on confirmation, the hotel will charge the total amount of reserved room nights.
• 100% of accommodation and extra consumption shall be billed to each passenger.
• Rates are valid until April 04th, 2025. If room are requested prior to this date, hotel will offer the best available rate at the moment.
