General Conditions

  • Rates are in US dollars per room per night and apply only to the dates listed.
  • Rates do not include sales tax or service charges, which are currently 18% and 10% respectively. Sales tax will not be applied to non-resident passengers provided they show their passports upon check-in and the invoice is issued in the guest’s name.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. A fine will be charged to guests who smoke in the room during their stay. Each room will be checked before departure.
  • Subject to availability and confirmation. The hotel does not perform any room blocking.
  • Breakfast included.
  • WIFI Internet service included.
  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. The hotel does not guarantee the availability of rooms before check-in time, and guests must vacate the rooms at check-out time, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel reception. All early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.
  • Early check-in
    • After 09:00 AM an extra charge of 50% of the room rate will be considered, subject to availability.
    • For arrivals before 09:00 AM an additional room night will be considered, subject to availability.
  • Late check-out
    • For check-outs before 19:00 hours the hotel will consider an extra charge of 50% of the room rate, subject to availability.
    • For departures after 19:00 hours the hotel will consider an additional room night, subject to availability.
  • Rates apply for the dates indicated. Group rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) days after arrival and departure. Reservations must be requested at the hotel and are subject to availability.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
  • If the passenger cancels their reservation or reduces room nights from April 28, 2025, the Hotel will apply a penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the room block.
  • No Show, the Hotel will apply a penalty equal to the quoted room rate for each and every room cancelled due to no-show on the reserved check-in date.
    Early Departure, in the event that a passenger has an early departure before the date established in the confirmation, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reserved room nights.
  • 100% of the accommodation and extra consumption will be billed to each passenger.
  • Rates are valid until May 17, 2025. If the client does not respond before that date, the hotel will consult the new available rate.
