Check-In / Check-Out

• Once the reservation has been booked and confirmed, the guest will have up to 48 hours after check in to cancel or modify the reservation without penalty.
• In case of cancellation after the deadline, all nights reserved will be charged as a penalty.

Check in time: 15:00 p.m.
Check out time: 12:00 p.m.

• Early check in or late check-out is subject to availability, and extra charge will be informed.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Guest will be charged a penalty for smoking in room during the stay.

NO-SHOW / EARLY CHECK DEPARTURE

• No Show, Hotel shall apply a penalty equal to the quoted guest room rate for any and all rooms cancelled on account of a no show on the contracted check-in date.
• Early Departure, in case one passenger or the total group have an early departure before established date on this contract, the hotel will charge the total amount of reserved room nights.
• Rates apply to cited dates.
• Group rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) after the arrival and departure.
• Reservations must be requested at the hotel and are subject to availability. If the company pays reserves (pre and post event), must be requested in writing to the Hotel and guaranteed. If the booking is requested by a participant in a particular group must be guaranteed in the hotel with a credit card (only for guaranteed or extras)
• Only two (02) adults allowed per guest room and only one (01) child ten (10) years or under may accompany the two (02) adults.
• Rates do not include sales tax and service charges, currently 18% and 10% respectively.
• Sales tax will not apply to non-resident PAX as long as they show their passports at check in, along with the immigration card showing a stay of less than 60 days in the country and the invoice is issued to the guest.
• If client fails to reserve minimum number of required guest rooms per night (10) for the discount group rate, then quoted rates no longer apply. In that event, current published prices per individual room at the time reservation is made shall apply.
• Any increase of room nights will be subject to the same terms of this contract.
• Any modification or cancellation will be confirmed only if client receives the agreement in writing by our reservation center.
