- Rates are in US Dollars per room per night and only apply to cited dates.
- Rates do not include sales tax and service charges, currently 18% and 10% respectively. Sales tax will not apply to non-resident PAX as long as they show their passports at check in and the invoice is issued to the guest.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Guest will be charged a penalty for smoking in room during the stay.
- Rates are subject to availability and confirmation. Hotel is not making any room block. The rate includes Breakfast and WIFI Internet Service.
- Check-in starts at 3:00 P.M. Check-out is at 12:00 noon. The hotel does not guarantee room availability before the check-in time, and guests are expected to vacate rooms by the check-out time unless alternative arrangements are made with the hotel’s reception desk. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.

❖ From 09:00 A.M will be considered an extra charge of 50% of room rate, subject to availability.
❖ For arrivals prior to 09:00 A.M will be considered an additional room night, subject to availability. - Late check out
❖ For check outs until 06.00 P.M. the hotel will considered an extra charge of 50% of room rate, subject to availability.
❖ For check outs after 06.00 P.M. the hotel will considered an additional room night, subject to availability. - Rates apply to cited dates. Group rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) after the arrival and departure. Reservations must be requested at the hotel and are subject to availability.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by each guest using a credit card or making a prepayment.
- If guest cancels their reservation or reduce room nights until October 27th, 2026, the hotel will not apply a penalty.
- If guest cancels their reservation or reduce room nights from October 28th, 2026, Hotel shall apply a penalty equal to 100% of the total room block cost.
