• Rates in US Dollar per room per night, valid only for the dates indicated.
• Rates subject to 18% VAT and 10% service charge. Non-resident passengers who present their passport and valid Andean Card are exempt from VAT (only if a receipt is issued in the guest’s name).
• All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking, the guest will pay a penalty as appropriate for smoking in the room during their stay.

• Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. The hotel does not guarantee that rooms will be available before the arrival time mentioned, and guests must leave the room at the time indicated on the day of their departure unless previously coordinated with the hotel reception. All early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.

Early check-in policy

• Arrivals after 09:00 hrs will be considered an additional 50% of the negotiated rate, subject to availability.
• Arrivals before 09:00 hrs will be considered an additional night.

Late check-out policy

• Departures before 18:00 hrs will be considered an additional 50% of the negotiated rate, subject to availability.
• Departures after 18:00 hrs will be considered an additional night.

The above group rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) after the arrival and departure of the hotel. Reservations must be requested from the hotel and will be subject to availability.
