General Conditions
- Check-in starts at 3:00 P.M. Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
- Hotel does not guarantee rooms shall be available before check-in time, and guests shall leave rooms at the check-out time unless otherwise arranged with the hotel´s reception desk.
- Every early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.
- Early check in or late check-out is subject to availability, and extra charge will be informed.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Guest will be charged a penalty for smoking in room during the stay.
- Rates apply to cited dates. Group rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) after the arrival and departure.
- Reservations must be requested at the hotel and are subject to availability. If the company pays reserves (pre and post event), must be requested in writing to the Hotel and guaranteed. If the booking is requested by a participant in a particular group must be guaranteed in the hotel with a credit card.
- When checking in, all group members must leave a deposit (credit card or cash) for extra consumption they may incur.
- Only two (02) adults allowed per guest room and only one (01) child ten (10) years or under may accompany the two (02) adults.
- Rates do not include sales tax and service charges, currently 18% and 10% respectively.
- Sales tax will not apply to non-resident PAX as long as they show their passports at check in, along with the immigration card showing a stay of less than 60 days in the country and the invoice is issued to the guest.
- If client fails to reserve minimum number of required guest rooms per night (10) for the discount group rate, then quoted rates no longer apply. In that event, current published prices per individual room at the time reservation is made shall apply.
- Extra bed cost is USD$105.00 plus taxes (18% VAT and 10% Service Charge). Buffet breakfast included.
- Any increase of room nights will be subject to the same terms of this contract.
- Any modification or cancellation will be confirmed only if client receives the agreement in writing by our reservation center.
Accommodation Reduction & Cancellation Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or prepaid.
- If the guest cancels his/her reservation or reduces the number of nights of the reservation the hotel will apply a penalty of 100% of the total room nights cancelled.
- Once booked and confirmed the guest will have until 48 hours before Check In to cancel or modify their reservation without penalty.
- If the guest cancels his/her reservation or reduces the number of nights of the reservation after 48 hours before Check In, the hotel will apply a penalty of 100% of the total number of room nights cancelled.
No Show, in case a passenger does not show up on the date confirmed by the passenger, the hotel will apply a penalty of all the room nights booked.
Early Departure, in the event that a passenger checks out before the date indicated in the reservation, the hotel will charge for the total number of nights booked.
- 100% of the total accommodation and extra consumption will be assumed by each passenger unless otherwise stated.
